Delete your account

You are in control of your data. Here is how to ask us to delete your Cyberakshak account.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to cyberakshak.team@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my Cyberakshak account”.
  2. Write from the same email address you used to sign up, so we can verify it is you. Mention your registered name.
  3. We will confirm within 48 hours and complete deletion within 30 days.

You can also use the contact form and choose “Account deletion”.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile (name, email, phone, city, state, language, picture)
  • Your sign-in account and push-notification device tokens
  • Your chatbot conversations and scam reports linked to your account

What may be kept

Limited records may be kept for a short period only where the law requires it or to resolve a dispute or prevent abuse. Anonymised, aggregated statistics that cannot identify you may be retained.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you only want to stop notifications, switch them off in your phone’s app settings instead.
